This product addressed an issue for resource consent process. By applying sensitive analysis and looking in detail at the data used in the consent process, it could be seen that previous attempts failed to understand the “point of view” of the respondents. Once this was seen, collecting the relevant information for production was straight-forward, delivering a product that could be used many, many times.
